We specialize in high-quality, fashion-forward fabrics for swimwear, activewear, loungewear, and work/casual wear. Our collection includes performance knits like nylon/spandex blends, stretch mesh, ribbed textures, and more — all handpicked for makers who demand both form and function.
Swim fabrics are high-performance with excellent stretch and recovery — ideal for water, activewear, and anything that needs to move with you. Lounge fabrics are softer, cozier knits made for ultimate comfort in everyday wear. Our work and casual fabrics offer more structure or drape, perfect for tailored pieces like trousers, blouses, and versatile day-to-night styles.
Yes! Most of our swim fabrics are designed with chlorine resistance and UV protection in mind. We clearly label each fabric’s specs, so you know exactly what you’re working with.
Absolutely. Many of our fabrics are kid-safe and suitable for activewear, though we always recommend checking the fiber content and stretch specs for your specific project needs.
We recommend gentle machine wash cold and line dry for most fabrics to maintain their color, stretch, and shape. Specific care instructions are listed on each product page.
Our fabrics are not pre-washed. We always recommend pre-washing your fabric before cutting to prevent any unexpected shrinkage and to test colorfastness.
One unit equals a half meter (20 inches) unless otherwise stated. So if you need 1.5 meters, you’d order 3 units. The total amount will be cut as one continuous piece whenever possible.
There’s no order minimum — our fabrics are sold in 0.5 meter increments (20 inches). Whether you’re making a small project or buying in bulk, we’ve got you covered.
Most orders ship within 2-5 business days. We’re a small but mighty team, and we work fast to get your fabric in the mail and on your cutting table. If you need to rush your order, send us a quick email at workroom@fabricandflow.com.
