Many of our fabrics are great for confident beginners, and we clearly label each base so you know what you’re working with. If you’re newer to sewing, starting with stable knits or one of our curated kits is an easy win.

Most patterns include a fabric requirement chart that tells you exactly how much yardage you’ll need. We always recommend double-checking before you order — and if you’re between sizes or layouts, a little extra fabric can be a lifesaver.
