Welcome to Fabric + Flow Textile Co. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, https://fabricandflow.com/ (the “Site”), and your purchase of any products from us. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

 

 

1. 

Eligibility & Account Use

To make a purchase, you must create a customer account through our Shopify platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to keep your login credentials secure.

 

 

2. 

Orders & Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • PayPal

  • Shopify Pay

All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). There is no minimum order requirement.

 

 

3. 

Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Please allow 1–2 weeks for us to prepare your order before it is shipped. We take care to ensure quality and accuracy.

Shipping Rates

  • FREE standard shipping (no tracking) to Canada and USA on orders over $199 CAD.

  • $17 CAD flat rate for orders under $199 CAD.

  • We currently ship across North America and select regions in Europe (rates displayed at checkout).

Please Note: Fabric + Flow is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Tracking is not included in standard rates. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Estimated Delivery Times (After Shipment)

  • Canada: 2–9 business days

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • Additional time may be required for customs clearance.

 

 

4. 

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Once fabric has been cut and an order is placed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

If you received the wrong item or if your product is defective, please contact us at workroom@fabricandflow.com, and we will make it right.

 

 

5. 

Product Use & Disclaimers

Please note that actual fabric colors may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen due to display settings. We do our best to ensure that product images are as accurate as possible.

Fabric + Flow is not responsible for the outcome of sewing projects or product applications made with our textiles. We recommend testing materials for your specific use before proceeding with larger projects.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including images, designs, product descriptions, and logos—is the property of Fabric + Flow Textile Co., or used with permission from third parties (e.g., influencers and collaborators). Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or use of any materials is strictly prohibited.

 

 

7. 

Limitation of Liability

Fabric + Flow is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use—or inability to use—our products or website. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content provided.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
