We understand that plans sometimes change. Because our classes have limited enrolment and require advance preparation, including instructor scheduling, project kits, materials, and equipment, the following cancellation policy applies to all Fabric + Flow classes and workshops.

Adult Classes + Workshops

Seven or more days before class

Cancellations received at least seven calendar days before the scheduled class are eligible for one of the following:

• A refund to the original payment method

• A transfer to another eligible Fabric + Flow class

• A Fabric + Flow class credit

Between 72 hours and seven days before class

Cancellations received between 72 hours and seven days before the scheduled class are not eligible for a refund.

Participants may choose:

• A transfer to another eligible class

• A Fabric + Flow class credit

Class credits are valid for 12 months from the original class date and may be used toward another Fabric + Flow class or workshop.

Fewer than 72 hours before class

Registrations are non-refundable and are not eligible for a transfer or class credit when cancellation occurs fewer than 72 hours before the scheduled start time.

You may give your registration to another person at no additional charge, provided they meet the class’s age, skill, and participation requirements. Please contact us before class with the new participant’s name and contact information.

Teen Maker Lab Programs

Fourteen or more days before the program

Cancellations received at least 14 calendar days before the program begins are eligible for:

• A refund to the original payment method

• A transfer to another eligible Maker Lab program

• A Fabric + Flow class credit

Between seven and thirteen days before the program

Cancellations received between seven and thirteen days before the program begins are not eligible for a refund.

A transfer or class credit may be provided, subject to availability.

Fewer than seven days before the program

Registrations are non-refundable and are not eligible for a transfer or class credit when cancellation occurs fewer than seven days before the program begins.

If we are able to fill the space from a waitlist, we may provide a class credit, less the $25 administrative fee. Filling the space is not guaranteed.

Registrations may be transferred to another student who meets the program’s age and participation requirements. Please contact us before the program begins to arrange the transfer.

Missed Classes + No-Shows

Refunds, transfers, credits, or make-up sessions are not available for missed classes, late arrivals, early departures, or failure to attend.

For multi-day programs, no refund or prorated credit will be provided for individual days missed by a participant.

Project Kits + Materials

Project kits, fabrics, patterns, and supplies are prepared in advance based on class enrolment.

When a participant is eligible for a transfer, the transfer may be limited to another session of the same class if a project kit has already been prepared, personalized, or cut. We will let you know if this applies to your registration.

Project kits are not automatically available for pickup following a cancellation or missed class unless this has been arranged with Fabric + Flow in advance.

Illness + Unexpected Circumstances

Please do not attend class if you are unwell or unable to participate safely.

Our regular cancellation windows still apply; however, we understand that genuine emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a transfer or class credit at our discretion when circumstances allow, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations by Fabric + Flow

Fabric + Flow may cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrolment, instructor illness, unsafe weather or travel conditions, facility issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If Fabric + Flow cancels a class, participants may choose:

• A full refund to the original payment method

• A transfer to another available class

• A Fabric + Flow class credit

If a class is rescheduled and you cannot attend the new date, you may request a full refund.

Fabric + Flow is not responsible for related travel, childcare, accommodation, or other personal expenses.

How to Request a Cancellation or Transfer

To cancel or transfer your registration, please contact us at workroom@fabricandflow.com and include:

• The participant’s name

• The class or program name

• The scheduled date

• Your order number, when available

Cancellation timing is based on when Fabric + Flow receives your written request.

Class credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied retroactively to a previous purchase.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection legislation.
