Turnaround Times:
We know how excited you are to receive your goodies. Please give us 2-5 business days to get your order ready. If you need to rush your order, send us a quick email at workroom@fabricandflow.com.

Shipping Rates:
• FREE standard shipping without tracking to Canada & USA with a minimum order of $150.
• Flat rate shipping of $17 CAD for all orders under $150 in Canada and USA.
• We currently ship across North America and some areas of Europe. Rates displayed at checkout.
• Fabric + Flow is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. Tracking is not included in rates.

Shipping Times once package has been sent:
• For shipping within Canada - Estimated 2-9 business days.
• For shipping to the U.S. - Estimate 3-7 business days.
• Please allow additional time for customs clearance.

Local Pick Up:
• In the Edmonton area. Pick up is available every Sunday and Wed from 10am-2pm.
• Find us inside MINI Street, 10875-184 Street, Edmonton, Alberta.
