Sculpt MoveSoft combines a soft, brushed surface with the firmer support and recovery of the Sculpt collection. It feels smooth and comfortable against the skin while still offering substantial coverage and a held-in, high-compression fit.

Each kit is generously portioned to work with most standard activewear sewing patterns and is especially suited to Fabric + Flow patterns in sizes XXS–2XL.

Fabric requirements can vary depending on pattern, size, view, and fabric width, so we recommend checking your chosen pattern requirements before ordering — particularly for sizes above 2XL or styles with higher fabric requirements.

Part of our Sculpt Collection, MoveSoft is designed for higher-support activewear and a more held-in fit. This heavier-weight performance knit features a smooth outer face with a soft brushed interior, combining high compression, excellent coverage and strong recovery with added comfort against the skin.

Perfect for leggings, sports bras, bike shorts, fitted tops and other performance-driven pieces, Sculpt MoveSoft is made for projects where you want firm support, substantial coverage and a sculpted fit without sacrificing softness.

Fabric quantities may include a combination of main fabric and coordinating performance fabrics depending on the kit selected. Kits are designed to provide the fabric needed for the intended project rather than a fixed amount of each individual fabric.

Our kit quantities work well with most standard activewear patterns and are especially suited to Fabric + Flow patterns in sizes XXS–2XL. For sizes above 2XL or patterns with higher fabric requirements, we recommend checking the pattern requirements before ordering.

Turnaround Times:
We know how excited you are to receive your goodies. Please give us 2-5 business days to get your order ready. If you need to rush your order, send us a quick email at workroom@fabricandflow.com.

Shipping Rates:
• FREE standard shipping without tracking to Canada & USA with a minimum order of $150.
• Flat rate shipping of $15 for all orders under $150 in Canada and USA.
• We currently ship across North America and some areas of Europe. Rates displayed at checkout.
• Fabric + Flow is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. Tracking is not included in rates.

Shipping Times once package has been sent:
• For shipping within Canada - Estimated 2-9 business days.
• For shipping to the U.S. - Estimate 3-7 business days.
• For shipping to the Europe. - Estimate 7-14 business days.
• Please allow additional time for customs clearance.

Local Pick Up:
• In the Edmonton area. Pick up is available at 10875-184 Street, Edmonton, Alberta.

• Canada: We’re proudly Canadian, so there are no duties or import fees on domestic orders.
• United States: All duties, tariffs, and taxes are included in our shipping rates. You won’t be asked to pay any extra fees when your package arrives.
