Join us during Fabric + Flow’s Grand Opening Week for our Fabric Swap, a community fabric marketplace filled with pre-loved yardage, unique finds and those I know I’ll use this someday pieces looking for their next project.
Bring fabrics from your stash, set your own prices, and let Fabric + Flow handle the shopping and checkout. Then come back on event day to browse what fellow makers have contributed.

WANT TO ADD FABRIC TO THE SWAP?

Register as a Fabric Swap Contributor and bring along the fabric that deserves another maker.
Your $10 registration fee secures your spot and helps us plan the amount of space needed for the swap
Once registered, you’ll receive a unique contributor identification code so we can track your pieces and sales throughout the event.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Register by September 18
Secure your spot in the Fabric Swap and receive your unique contributor identification code and SKU information.

2. Sort + Price Your Stash
Choose the fabrics you’d like to contribute and decide what you’d like to charge for each piece or bundle.
Fabric should be neatly prepared and clearly identified before drop-off. We’ll complete the final barcode tagging at Fabric + Flow.

3. Drop Off Your Fabric
September 19–25 | 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
Bring your prepared fabric to Fabric + Flow during the designated drop-off period and we’ll take it from there.

4. Shop the Swap
September 27 | 10:00–3:00 PM
Come back on swap day to browse a mix of fabrics contributed by makers throughout the community.
You never know what might turn up.

5. Get Paid
Fabric + Flow handles all customer checkout and tracks sales through your assigned SKUs.
Contributors receive 90% of their completed sales. Fabric + Flow retains a 10% facilitation fee to cover payment processing, tagging and event administration.
Payouts will be processed following the event.

WHAT CAN I CONTRIBUTE?

We’re looking for good-quality fabrics that another maker will be excited to discover.
All fabric must be:

• Clean and ready to use
• Free from stains and strong odours
• Neatly folded or bundled
• Clearly identified and priced
• Suitable for resale to another maker

Fabric does not need to have been purchased from Fabric + Flow.

WHAT HAPPENS TO UNSOLD FABRICS?

After the swap, you can choose to pick up your remaining fabric or have it donated to a community partner.
Unsold items must be collected by Friday, October 2. Any items remaining after the pickup deadline will be donated.
