      Turnaround Times:
      We know how excited you are to receive your goodies. Please give us 2-5 business days to get your order ready.  If you need to rush your order, send us a quick email at workroom@fabricandflow.com.

      Shipping Rates:
      • FREE standard shipping without tracking to Canada & USA with a minimum order of $150. 
      • Flat rate shipping of $15 for all orders under $150 in Canada and USA.
      • We currently ship across North America and some areas of Europe. Rates displayed at checkout.
      • Fabric + Flow is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. Tracking is not included in rates.

      Shipping Times once package has been sent:
      • For shipping within Canada - Estimated 2-9 business days.
      • For shipping to the U.S. - Estimate 3-7 business days.
      • For shipping to the Europe. - Estimate 7-14 business days.
      • Please allow additional time for customs clearance. 

      Local Pick Up:
      • In the Edmonton area.  Pick up is available at 10875-184 Street, Edmonton, Alberta.

      How is this fabric sold?

      All Fabric + Flow fabrics are sold by the half meter (unless otherwise stated).

      • Quantity of 1 = 0.5 meter
      • Quantity of 2 = 1 meter
      • Quantity of 3 = 1.5 meters

      Multiple quantities are cut as one continuous piece whenever possible.

      Do you restock sold-out fabrics?

      Many of our fabrics are limited runs and curated in small quantities.

      Love the fabric - used Midnight Palm, Swim Basic Navy and Swim Lining nude for this Edgewater Ave Addison. The fabric is fantastic although I could have used a layer of power mesh for additional support. Fabric + Flow customer service is phenomenal - my order reached me in a very timely manner despite living on a tiny island.
